We offer a concierge purchasing service where we will work with you to purchase the equipment that is right for your needs and ensure a smooth acquisition and delivery of this technology. We will be in constant contact with the supplier and keep you updated every step of the way on when you can expect it to be delivered to your doorstep.

Once this equipment is delivered to you, we will work with you to set up the equipment and ensure that all is functioning as expected. We will direct you to or make videos available to you that will assist with this setup process.

3: Initial Training

We will direct you to or make available the initial training required to become proficient with this new technology so that you can serve your patients in the best possible way. This training will lead to a certification in the use of this technology and best practices for its application.

4: Business Assessment & Consulting

If you already have a practice and are serving patients, should you be interested, we can assess your current business model and setup. We can review financial software you’re using, the types of paperwork, patient acquisition & retention model, marketing, etc. Once we analyze this information, we can confirm the current efficiency and make suggestions for improvements. We can also make available various assets and artifacts that may assist you.

Zoom meetings

5: Support

We offer a remote support via phone or Zoom (up to 10 hours) to get you started. This support can be onsite depending on the need. On-site support would be an additional cost billed as appropriate Time, Materials and Travel costs.

You would become part of our What’s App Community Forum where you can exchange information, ideas, etc. with us and other practitioners. This community would also get the latest information regarding best practices, news, key updates, testimonials, invite to a monthly community Zoom Meeting and special events such as webinars, retreats, etc.
